Custom Product refund policy:
As this is a custom product there are no refunds once the product is made.
Order cancellation process:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has started being made, whichever comes first.
1. Log into your account > go to your buyer dashboard. You should see your order there and the option to start a cancellation request. Fill out the required information, including the reason for cancellation.
2. Once the seller receives the request you will be notified of the status of your cancellation. If your request is approved, we will process the full refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
