We understand that sometimes things don’t workout and you need to return products. Please view our refund policy to answer any questions you have about the process. Eligibility for Refund: For REGULAR products: The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must be returned from the account it was originally purchased on. Non-Refundable Items are: Certain custom products. Please view individual items for details. Clearance items. Order cancellation process: You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once your order has been shipped, you will have to follow the return process. 1. Log into your account ᐳ go to your buyer dashboard. You should see your order there and the option to start a cancellation request. Fill out the required information, including the reason for cancellation. 2. Once the seller receives the request you will be notified of the status of your cancellation. If your request is approved, we will process the full refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Order Return Process: To initiate a return within 30 days of purchase, please follow these steps: 1. Log into your account ᐳ go to your buyer dashboard. You should see your order there and the option to start a return request. Fill out the required information, including the reason for return. 2. Once your return request is accepted by the seller (you will receive an email) you can begin packaging the item. Please ensure it is packed securely and the correct return address is displayed. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. 3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges (if applicable). Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institutionˈs processing times.
