Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit Cards: We accept debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos. We use Stripe to complete all of our purchases. Stripe protects your information with encryption and isolated infrastructure that doesn’t share any of your credentials with third parties. Payment Authorization: Upon completing your order, your payment method will immediately be charged for the total amount of your purchase. Any returns will be placed back on the original card. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. This email will contain details of your order, including the items purchased and total cost. Once the item is shipped you will receive another email with shipping information including a tracking number. Sales Tax: WA sales tax will be applied to all orders as Raverie is based in WA. The applicable tax rate will be displayed during the checkout process.
